TERIYAKI 
1 c. soy sauce
2 c. water
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Juice of 3 lemons
Celery salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 lb.) rump roast or rib eye steak

Combine all ingredients except meat; marinate meat in sauce for at least 48 hours. Wrap meat in aluminum foil. Roast at 350 degrees for 45 minutes per pound.
