MEAT BARBECUE 
2 c. chopped leftover roast beef or pork
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. instant onions

Mix together all ingredients except meat in a skillet. Simmer over medium low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until mixture has cooked down a little. Add meat and simmer over medium low meat 5 to 10 minutes longer until meat is well coated and is of serving consistency. Serve on toasted hamburger buns topped with cole slaw. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
