PEPPERONI ROLLS 
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. pepperoni, cut into sticks

Dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in sugar, oil and 2 cups of the flour. Add remaining flour and knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let raise 45 minutes.

Cutting dough into small pieces shape around pepperoni sticks. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. You should get 48 rolls!
