1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. dry cottage cheese Pkg. manicotti shells 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated 2 eggs (or 1/2 Egg Beaters) 2 lb. jar spaghetti sauce Combine spinach, cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg and 1/2 Mozzarella. Stuff the uncooked shells (12-14). In large greased baking dish, place half the sauce then layer the manicotti. Cover with any filling left over and the remaining sauce. Cover and bake 50 minutes at 350. Uncover and top with rest of Mozzarella. Bake uncovered 10 minutes more. |
