CHOCOLATE TORTE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. nuts, ground
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Cool Whip for topping

Combine flour, butter and ground nuts. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over crust. Beat instant chocolate pudding with milk and spread on above. Top with Cool Whip and crushed nuts. Refrigerate.
