DEEP DISH TACO SQUARES 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese (2 oz.)
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
1 to 2 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 inch pan. Cook and stir ground beef until brown. Drain. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and onion; reserve. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms.

Pat into pan. Press dough 1/2 inch up sides. Layer beef, tomato slices, green pepper in pan. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
