CRISS CROSS ROASTED POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes (peeled)
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Cut each potato crosswise at 1/4 intervals to 1/2 inch from bottom of potato. Cut lengthwise in same manner.

Place potatoes in ice water for 1 hour. Dry potatoes. Place on jelly roll pan. Brush with melted butter. Mix paprika, salt and garlic. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.

Bake 1 hour, 425 degrees.
