TURKEY LENTIL SOUP 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes
6 c. water
1 can mushrooms
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 1/2 c. lentils
1 bay leaf
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground turkey with chopped onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
