DOUBLE DUTCH PIZZA COOKIE | |
3/4 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. plain M&M'S®, divided 2/3 c. nuts, chopped, divided 3/4 c. to 1 c. mini marshmallows 1/4 c. coconut, flaked Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients with creamy mixture. Fold in 1/2 cup M&M'S® and 1/3 cup nuts. Lightly grease 12-13 inch pizza pan. Line with kitchen parchment. Pat dough to within 1/2 inch of edge of pan. Sprinkle with remaining candy and nuts. Sprinkle marshmallows over dough. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes...until edges are set. (Do not overbake.) Sprinkle with coconut immediately after taking out of oven. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Gently remove with lining to rack to cool thoroughly. Cut into wedges. 1 cookie - 8 to 12 pieces. |
