CARROT SALAD 
4 carrots
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. raisins
1/2 can pineapple chunks, drain juice

Combine ingredients. Grate carrots and add mayonnaise, raisins, and pineapple chunks. Cut pineapple in halves. Put in refrigerator before serving. Stir until well blended.
