1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients as listed. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased pan. Sprinkle with sugar or flatten with sugared glass. May use colored sugars. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
