COLA BARS 
1 c. cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 sticks butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. carob powder
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat butter, cola and carob powder to a boil, but do not boil; mix well and add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Add flour and sugar, mixing well; the batter will be thin with marshmallows floating. Bake in a jellyroll pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. carob powder
6 tsp. cola

Heat to boiling and pour over 1 lb. powdered sugar. Beat well and add 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
