SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
4 c. sliced cooked potatoes
1/2 c. diced cucumber
1 onion, minced
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 hard-cooked eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine potatoes, cucumber, onion, and egg whites. Mash egg yolks and combine with sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and seasonings. Blend and mix with potatoes. Refrigerate several hours. Serves 8.
