APPLE CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
3 c. coarsely chopped, cored unpeeled apples (1 lb.)
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
3/4 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients for filling in bowl. Turn into ungreased 2 1/2 quart round shallow dish or 9 inch deep dish pie plate. Mix together all ingredients for topping. Crumble over filling and press down lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until brown and filling bubbles. Serves 10-12 people.
