CHEESE-FILLED CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts, flattened
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. parsley
10 strips bacon
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Dash of salt

Cook bacon until crisp enough to crumble. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Roll mixture into 6 balls and place one ball in the center of each chicken breast. Fold chicken around the filling and secure with toothpicks. Bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
