WALNUT TARTS 
4 c. flour
3 sticks butter, softened
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 can walnuts, chopped or crushed

FILLING:

3 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Mix cream cheese and butter. Blend in flour. Chill and roll into 1 inch balls. Place balls into tart tins and press with thumb to form tart. Beat eggs with electric mixer. Mix in brown sugar, melted butter and vanilla until well blended. Fill each tart with 1 teaspoon of mixture and top with 1/2 teaspoon walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
