NO COOK CRANBERRY RELISH 
4 c. uncooked cranberries
2 apples, unpeeled, cored
2 oranges, unpeeled
1 sm. lemon
2 1/2 c. sugar

Remove seeds, from oranges and lemons. Do not peel. Place cranberries, apples, lemon, and oranges through a coarse blade food chopper. Stir in sugar and toss. Chill 24 hours.
