CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 cube butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. almond flavor extract
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Cinnamon
1 sm. can cranberry sauce preferably whole cranberry sauce

Spread 1/3 batter in bottom of greased and floured tube pan. Spread cranberry sauce around batter in tube pan evenly as possible. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts. Pour remaining batter over and sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 about 3/4 to 1 hour. Test with wooden pick, when it comes out dry or fairly dry considering cranberry sauce but when batter is dry take out of oven.

Optional: Drizzle with melted 1/2 cup of confectionery sugar, 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk, or cream, try 1 tablespoon first, and 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract. Mix until sugar is melted and medium thick, drizzle over cake.
