SAUCY WINTER CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Karo syrup
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 lb. wieners, cut in 1 piece
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
Cooked macaroni or rice

Combine bacon and onion in skillet, fry until bacon is crisp and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, syrup, salt, paprika, water, tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add wieners and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Blend cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water, stir into sauce and boil 1 minute.

Serve over cooked macaroni or rice.
