3 lb. wieners, ground up
3/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Rice, 2 1/2 c. cooked in 5 c. water, no salt
2 or 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 or 2 cans cream of celery soup
1 canned milk

Mix all ingredients together. Put in large pan. Makes a good amount. Serves 18 to 20. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Can add more milk if you want.

I have been in the Auxiliary over 3 years. My husband talked me into it. He was always telling me about all the nice ladies in Auxiliary 3, and he was right. It is fun forming new friendships and we have a good time. I really enjoy it.
