DEER ROAST 
1 med. deer roast
1 pod red pepper, chopped
1 c. vinegar
2 med. onions, sliced
8 to 10 sm. potatoes, quartered
2 carrots, sliced
1 tbsp. bacon drippings
Salt to taste
2 to 3 c. water

Place roast in small roasting pan. Add red pepper, vinegar, water and 1 onion. Add bacon drippings. Add salt to taste. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Add carrots, potatoes and second onion. Cook 30 minutes longer. Good eating!
