1 partially baked 9" pie shell
4 strips bacon, fried & crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Nutmeg to taste

Put cheese and bacon in bottom of pie shell. Add egg and milk mixture. Bake at 325 degrees until "set".
