KRASNAPOLSKY 
This is like a spinach souffle - very tasty and a Christmas side dish every year for our family. Also a great potluck dish.

2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 lb. grated sharp/old cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) tub cottage cheese (creamed is best)
1 medium onion, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
3 eggs, beaten

Combine spinach, grated cheese, flour, melted butter, cottage cheese, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together. Fold in beaten eggs. Bake in greased casserole uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour.
