SALMON PARTY LOG 
1 can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
Snipped parsley (dried or fresh)
Chili powder, optional

Drain, flake and remove skin and bones from salmon. Combine next 6 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Combine parsley and chili powder. Shape mixture into log and roll in the parsley-chili powder mix, wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill well. Serve with crackers. Makes an 8 x 2 inch log. Excellent snack to serve over the holidays!
