WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE | |
2 lbs. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 8 oz. white chocolate, melted 2 c. frozen raspberries 1 c. sugar Cream: cheese, sugar, vanilla. Add: eggs and chocolate. Bake in water bath at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Blend: raspberries and sugar - drain - pour over cheesecake (before serving). So good! Put mixture in cheesecake spring pan - place in large pan with water (boiled), as much as pan will hold. |
