HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cut up chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped almonds or pecans
1/3 c. drained pineapple
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 English muffins, split and toasted

Mix chicken, celery, almonds or pecans, crushed pineapple and mayonnaise. Spread mix on English muffins. Microwave until warm. Garnish with avocado, kiwi, or parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
