2/3 c. (1 sm. can) evaporated milk
16 lg. marshmallows (60 sm.)
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet bits
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Stir constantly until boiling point. Boil for 5 minutes; remove from heat. Add bits. Stir until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread in a greased pan. Cool, cut.
