BROCCOLI - HAM CASSEROLE 
3 baking potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika
1 pkg. (lg.) frozen broccoli
2-3 c. cubed ham

CHEESE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In 13 x 9 inch pan arrange sliced potatoes, melt butter, salt, pepper and dash of paprika, drizzle over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Arrange cooked broccoli on top then ham. Pour cheese sauce over, sprinkle with paprika, bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Especially great with leftover ham. When making cheese sauce melt butter in saucepan slowly add flour and then spices then add milk gradually while stirring, add cheese last. Serves 6-8.
