BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
3 eggs, beaten
Dash salt

Thaw frozen broccoli and drain well. Brown onion in 3 tablespoons butter, add flour and water; cook until thick. Remove from heat and add Cheese Whiz mix. Lastly, add beaten eggs, salt, then mix with drained broccoli and put in buttered glass baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set. Do not overcook or it will dry up. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
