BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. fried bacon (crumbled)
Pizza crust (bought)
1 c. hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Spread pizza crust on round pizza pan. Sprinkle with bacon and thawed hash brown potatoes. Top with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake in 450 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes or until desired crispness. Serves 6 to 8.
