Decorative fruit (strawberries, peaches, kiwi)
1 roll sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. almond extract
1/2 jar apricot preserves

Spread sugar cookie dough onto pizza pan and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes. Let cool. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and almond extract. Mix well. Spread over cookie. Arrange fruit.
