POTATO QUICHE 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter

Layer:

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. diced ham
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onions

Mix together:

1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
2 eggs

Thaw 24 ounces hash browns - press into buttered 10 inch square pan. Drizzle 1/2 cube melted butter over hash browns. Bake at 425 degrees in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Layer cheeses, ham, onions, pepper, over hash browns. Mix milk, eggs, Tabasco, pour over ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
