POTATO CASSEROLE DELIGHT | |
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes, partially thawed and broken up 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 8 oz. carton sour cream 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated TOPPING: 1 1/2 c. finely crushed corn flakes 1 stick butter, melted Mix all ingredients except topping and place in a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with corn flakes mixed with melted butter. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
