POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) pkg. of peanut butter chips OR butterscotch chips
1 (16 oz.) bag of crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients well except both kinds of chips. Then add chips until mixed in. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
