CORN BREAD 
3/4 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients together in a well greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes. Can be made in a waffle iron. Works great for keeping the butter and honey on.
