CHEESE PUFFS 
1/2 lb. sharp processed American cheese
1/4 lb. butter
2 dashes Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cream together by hand, cheese and butter. Mix in other ingredients. Roll into balls size of small walnut. Press flat to 1/4 inch thickness. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes, at 350 degrees or until brown. Makes about 40 small puffs.
