OVERNIGHT KISSES 
3 egg whites
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, or
Optional: M & M's, walnuts or peanut brittle

Beat egg whites until frothy, slowly adding sugar. Continue beating until egg whites are very stiff. Carefully fold in chocolate chips and/or combination of nuts and M & M's. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven off, place cookies on racks. Do not open oven door for at least 5 hours or overnight. Makes about 75 very small cookies.
