POTATO SALAD 
Potatoes
Celery
Onion
H ard-boiled egg
Duke's sandwich spread
Duke's mayonnaise
French's mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel, dice and boil potatoes. Drain. Finely chop the celery and onion. Chop egg. When potatoes are cold, add the chopped ingredients. Mix together the spread, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir into the potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper. The amounts will vary according to your choice of amount and consistency.
