CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
2 c. potatoes, cut fine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
3 c. boiling water
1 c. dry milk powder

Put potato, onion and salt in 3 cups boiling water and cook in covered pan until tender. Mix dry milk powder and 1 cup cold water and stir into hot soup. Add butter and serve at once.
