GRANDMOTHER'S SOUR CREAM COFFEE
CAKE
 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs together.

2. Mix first 7 ingredients together.

3. Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon together. Set aside.

4. Pour 1/2 of dough into greased springform; add half of sugar, nut and cinnamon mixture.

5. Add rest of dough and rest of sugar, nut and cinnamon mixture on top. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
