CINNAMON APPLESAUCE SALAD 
1/2 c. red hot candies
2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. applesauce
3/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Dissolve candy in boiling water. Add gelatin, stir to dissolve. Stir in remaining ingredients and applesauce. Chill and serve.
