SPINACH TOSS SALAD 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
4 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
3 c. torn fresh spinach
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced radishes
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced

For dressing, in a small screw top jar, combine oil, sesame seed, lime peel, lime juice, dry mustard, and salt. Cover and shake well; chill. To serve, combine spinach, sliced mushrooms, sliced radishes, and egg slices. Shake dressing and toss spinach mixture. Makes 4 servings.
