SUGARLESS BANANA BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 to 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 ripe bananas
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange or apple juice concentrate
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and spice. Set aside.

Place bananas in blender. Add undiluted juice and eggs. Blend well. Stir in flour mixture, raisins and nuts. Mix until just blended. Spoon into a greased 9x4 inch loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
