PIZZA MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese cut into 12 bite size cubes
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 (12 to 15 oz.) jar pizza sauce
4 c. hot cooked rice
Parsley sprigs for garnish

About 45 minutes before serving, mix first 6 ingredients well with a fork. Shape into 12 large meatballs with 1 cube of cheese in center of each with meat covering cheese.

Coat each meatball lightly with flour. Cook meatball in 12 inch skillet in hot salad oil until browned. Drain fat. Add pizza sauce to meatballs in skillet and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on hot rice. Garnish with parsley.
