DEVILED EGGS 
1 doz. boiled eggs
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. finely diced pimento-stuffed green olives
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Sprinkle of black pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise (garnish)
Chopped parsley and paprika (garnish)

Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and crush them finely. Add all other ingredients except the parsley and paprika. Put the mixture into the cavities of the boiled egg whites. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
