CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 batch cornbread
1 can biscuit
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1 apple, diced
3/4 tsp. sour pickles, diced
4 tbsp. sage
1 1/2 c. broth
4 tbsp. salt

Crumble cornbread and cooked biscuits. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add enough water to make a thick soupy mixture. Pour into greased cast iron skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until crust is brown.
