GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
2 beaten eggs
2 c. white sugar or 1 c. honey
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 c. apples, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together eggs, sugar, oil. Add apples, raisins, nuts. Mix all together and add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
