SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
2 lbs. cubed chicken
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed pineapple
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
2 lg. green peppers, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. cucumber, sliced

Bone and cube 2 pounds chicken. Combine the rest of ingredients in saucepan or skillet. Add chicken. When chicken is cooked, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, stir and cook until sauce thickens. Best results achieved if set on low heat for 1 to 2 hours.
