SOUTH OF THE BORDER DIP 
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine beans and seasoning - mix well. Spoon mixture into 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Spread sour cream over bean mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes - serve hot with tortilla chips or corn chips.
