CORN PUDDING 
2 cans cream style corn or 1 of each cream style and whole kernel
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. course Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk with corn. Place in buttered casserole and top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
